"Eleni Frangadakis Cavanagh is my 'wonder woman' of home decorating, home transformation, refinishing furniture, great renovation ideas and simply making everything she touches beautiful and this includes your life, if you are lucky enough to meet her. I live in an older home that was built back in the day of shaggy carpets, dark brown tiles, and floral ugly linoleum. I have always been unhappy with it all until I met Eleni. She was introduced to me by her aunt who told me Eleni could transform it and make it beautiful in no time…I was hesitant for several reasons but trusted her aunt who introduced us. Eleni asked me to send her a picture of the room and less than an hour later she sent pictures of options she has put together to make the changes. One week later she transformed the room. She prepared and painted the tile a beautiful off-white color and installed a grayish-blue modern mantle over the fire-place, moved the furniture and rugs around, added a few new decorative pieces and the next morning I woke up to what felt like a new home. I would recommend her with no hesitation or reservation. She transforms ever thing she touches and if you have an old piece of furniture you want to get rid of, stop! Call Eleni you will end up with a new piece of furniture that will definitely add beauty to wherever you are putting it, as she excels in creating that perfect whatever you want to fit with you have."

“I manage a 10 unit apartment building in Sunnyvale that was in dire need of remodeling. The interiors of this building have not been updated since they were built in 1953. Eleni stepped in to design the interior remodel. She spent hours in supply warehouses selecting the cabinets, granite counters, bathroom tile and flooring. Plus, even more time searching websites for those special items that made the remodeled interior of these apartments truly something special. Eleni then met with the contractor to go over her design and helped supervise the work to insure her vision became a reality. In the end, Eleni designed a modern, functional and unique apartment home that will stay relevant for years to come. From the flooring to the cabinets to the light fixtures on the ceiling, Eleni’s selections were right on the mark. Perspective and new tenants alike, all rave about the design of the apartments. There is no way I could of completed this renovation without her help. I look forward to the next project Eleni and I work on together.”

I started my first real estate job when I was in high school, and continued working in many capacities for the next 10 years. But I just wasn’t satisfied sitting behind a desk answering phones and filing papers. I started this adventure trying to figure out that ah so famous conundrum “what should I do with my life”…So I applied to architectural design school. Learning all the mathematical equations on how to draw a blueprint, it bored me. In 2007 I graduated, and decided I was so much more creative then lines on a piece of paper. I started with small projects like refinishing furniture. The challenge was exciting enough to continue to explore. I had my very first project with a tenant occupied 30 year rental. Nothing had ever been touched, and it was bad, really really bad. I got my hands on that and never looked back. I gutted the whole house, and with very low funds I managed to work with a handyman to guide me in the “how to’s”, and did all the work myself. From there, this got me interested in interior design and staging. Taking what limited assets I had to work with and creating a comfortable welcoming place for my clients to spend their lives living.
Much later in life I attempted what I consider to be my biggest challenge, earning my real estate license. It was scary to not be able to predict the future, but I took the leap anyways. After many tries I passed the California real estate exam in July 2016 with the support of my amazing husband Brett and my family and friends believing there is no wall I cant climb. Combining my love for interior design and my professional knowledge of working in the real estate business for 20 years I have began my staging career. And I am really excited for all I have to share.
